Why you need Popcorn?
Aimless screen time fed to children through algorithms with advertising and unknown safety is a problem. Popcorn encourages ALL children to get active and creative while on screens, offering all the benefits that extra curricular activities can give and building character education. Popcorn allows individuals and schools to embrace the arts.
Meet the founders
Tara and Charlotte both studied drama. Tara set up School of Comedy teaching children age 4 – 18 comedy skills. Charlotte worked in television for a long time before making her own documentaries. They both live in London with their partners and have 5 children, three dogs and a dead spider between them. Tara’s favourite tent would be circus as she loves to perform and wants to learn a magic trick. Charlotte’s children don’t like her cooking and so she is desperate to learn to cook something they would actually eat!
